1. Cancellation by the Customer
a) Tour Packages
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or transaction fees.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
In case of no-shows, 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
b) Hotel Bookings
Refunds for hotel bookings depend on the terms and conditions of the specific hotel.
Some hotel bookings are non-refundable or have limited cancellation periods.
Please review the individual hotel policy at the time of booking.
c) Flight Tickets
Flight bookings are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy.
Refunds (if any) will be processed as per the airline’s rules and may take up to 7–21 business days.
Any service fee charged by us is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Octus Travels LLC SPC
In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, low participation, or travel restrictions, customers will be offered the following options:
A full refund, or
A credit voucher for future use, or
The option to reschedule the tour at a later date
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Refunds typically take 7 to 21 business days to reflect in your account.
